Linens and Towel Sets:

1 Bedroom Apartments: 2 sets of towels (1 bath, 1 medium).

2 Bedroom Apartments: 4 sets of towels by default.

For guests staying over 30 nights, we offer a complimentary linen refresh and cleaning service starting on day 14. Should you require additional cleaning services, please let us know, and we will arrange it for a nominal fee.

We provide starter supplies including cleaning essentials, tea, and coffee to get you settled in comfortably.

Essentials: We provide an iron and ironing board, drying rack, and hair dryer for your convenience.

Kitchenware: Our kitchen is equipped with salt, pepper, 2 cups, 2 glasses, 1 pan, 1 frying pan, 2 plates, and 2 tureens.

For any additional supplies you may need during your stay, you will need to make arrangements to purchase them.

We strive to accommodate early check-in and late checkout requests based on availability. Please inquire on your arrival or departure day to check the current availability.

• If you need a late checkout of up to one hour, there is a modest fee of $20.

• Checkouts after 12 PM will incur a charge equivalent to a full night's rate to ensure our next guests receive the same level of preparation.

• We offer complimentary early check-in of up to one hour if the apartment is available.

• For check-ins before 10 AM, there may be an additional charge. Please contact our support team for more details.

To maintain a clean and healthy environment for all our guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy within the apartments. A penalty of $200 will be applied if this policy is violated. We appreciate your cooperation.

We kindly ask that you keep the furniture in its designated arrangement to maintain the condition of the apartment for all guests. If you do need to move any furniture, please ensure it is returned to its original position to avoid a repositioning fee of $50.

Yes, we are pleased to offer child-friendly amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for families. For a nominal fee of $35, we provide a comprehensive package that includes a baby cot with bedding, a baby high chair, and a baby bathtub. Please let us know in advance if you require these amenities so we can have everything ready for your arrival.

For your security and convenience, we have a key replacement policy in place. In the event that you lose a key, there will be a $50 charge to cover the cost of replacing the lock.
